Supply Chain Improvement Consultants

Our Services

Below a bit more detail on the services we offer:

Education & Training

Why educate?

We are all aware of the current skills shortage in the South African market place. One of the most severe shortages is in the fields of Supply Chain and Operations Management.

The key to understanding systems and general best practice business principles, is through “life-long learning” in these fields. Technology change, people come and go, but the principles will be with us for a long time to come.

How to go about it?

There are two main options to choose from. Firstly, for those who prefer a customised training course, something specific to the company can be put together.

Secondly, there are some off-the-shelf options that can be pursued. Short workshops are available:

International certification preparation courses are also available.

Those include the courses from APICS, DDI and IBF:

  • CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management)
  • CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional)
  • Fundamentals of Material and Operations Management
  • CPF (Certified Professional Forecaster)
  • CDDP (Certified Demand Driven Planner)

Business Improvement

Why?

This is the part that excites us tremendously….

As we like connecting businesses to their potential, we use this part of our business to find the potential.

We have an obsession with continuous improvement. As a result, we search relentlessly for improvement in organisations, including in processes, strategies and people. We are particularly good at sniffing out hidden value.

Finding it is one thing, but we also propose and implement the actual solutions to unlock the value.

How to go about it

Contact us to request more information. Typicall we will have a telephonic conversation with you to understand the requirement, and if necessary attend a meeting.

Thereafter a proposal may be created, and a project may commence.

Sometimes we cannot help you. It may be that your problem may not fall in our area of expertise. We are quite honest when we cannot help and you can then expect a referral to someone who can assist.
